Tyler ISD has a long-standing partnership with Tyler Junior College. TJC President, Dr. Juan E. Mejia, talks about the college-going culture of the school district. Dual credit, Early College High School, and TJC Promise Scholars are some of the free college opportunities he shares with viewers that save students and parents as much as $36,000!
